A sleep practitioner, hypnotherapist and coach specialising in sleep, insomnia and tired-but-wired patterns in midlife and perimenopause.
She supports women who may be functioning well on the outside but are struggling with sleep disruption, mental overload, night-time anxiety and the knock-on effects of exhaustion during the day.
Her approach combines evidence-based sleep support, CBT-I principles, hypnotherapy and nervous system regulation, with a strong focus on making sleep feel less pressured and more attainable.
Michelle is a Professional Member of The Sleep Charity and also works with organisations around sleep, fatigue, wellbeing and performance.
As a Chartered HR Professional, she brings experience in people development, organisational strategy and training to organisations committed to supporting their workforce through one of the key pillars of wellbeing: sleep. Click here for more information – Michelle Smith
Katie Bradley - Podiatrist
Katie Bradley BSc (Hons), MRCPod is an HCPC-registered Podiatrist and Menopause Movement Coach with a particular interest in how perimenopause and menopause can affect women’s foot health.
Katie became increasingly interested in this area after seeing how many women in their 40s, 50s and beyond were developing new or persistent foot pain that was beginning to interfere with the things they loved — from walking and exercise to holidays and simply getting through a busy day comfortably.
Through her work, Katie helps women better understand what may be happening to their feet during this stage of life and focuses on practical ways to build strength, resilience and confidence in movement, rather than relying solely on short-term fixes.
She is the founder of Momentum Through Menopause, an online foot health and movement community designed to help women keep moving through menopause with stronger, healthier feet.

Amanda Crawshaw - Complementary Health Expert
A post-menopausal complementary health practitioner, with my clinics based in West Yorkshire. In my work (which I offer online, and face to face), I support women going through the initiatory midlife transition of perimenopause with several tools in my kit.
I’m a Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist (to help with biological symptoms), a Menstrual Cycle Awareness Mentor (to understand the emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of perimenopause) and an EFT Practitioner (also known as tapping; this simple tool helps to reduce stress and deal with difficult emotions).
I’m also a Midlife Women’s Circle Facilitator, where I hold space for women to gather, share and explore their midlife experiences.

Jill Hardy - Physiotherapist
A qualified physiotherapist menopause movement coach, a perimopausal woman and avid strength-trainer!
I help women navigate perimenopause and menopause through strength, movement and practical advice. I’m really passionate about helping women discover just how much strength training can do for them. It’s not just about getting stronger or changing how your body looks — it can help you feel more energetic, reduce those everyday aches and pains, support your bones and muscles, and give you back a sense of confidence and empowerment in your body.
I love making exercise feel realistic and achievable, particularly at a time of life when your body can feel like it’s changing overnight! I bring my physiotherapy knowledge, but also a very down-to-earth approach, because I want women to feel that looking after their health is something they can do, whatever their starting point.
